IBU SANGGUP LEMASKAN 5 ANAK DALAM TAB MANDI

BERLIN

Seorang wanita berusia 28 tahun di Jerman telah dituduh membunuh dengan sengaja lima (5) orang daripada enam (6) anaknya di bilik mandi, tahun 2020.

Tertuduh iaitu Christiane K berdepan hukuman penjara seumur hidup, jika didapati bersalah atas kesalahan pembunuhan kejam tersebut.

AFP turut melaporkan bahawa mayat tiga (3) orang anak perempuannya yang berusia satu, dua dan tiga tahun, bersama - sama dua (2) anak lelaki yang berusia enam (6) dan lapan (8) tahun ditemui di pangsapuri keluarga itu di bandar Solingen pada September 03, 2020 yang lalu.

Mereka semua ditemui terbaring di atas katil, masing-masing dalam keadaan berbalut dengan tuala.

Pendakwa percaya ibu mereka mencampurkan ubat ke dalam minuman untuk sarapan anak-anaknya bagi membuat mereka mengantuk, sebelum niat untuk melemaskan kesemua anak-anaknya seramai 5 orang tersebut di dalam tab mandi rumah mereka.

Dia kemudian cuba untuk membunuh diri dengan terjun di stesen kereta api Duesseldorf, tetapi telah diselamatkan dan tidak mengalami sebarang kecederaan.

Manakala anak keenam-enamnya, seorang budah lelaki berusia 11 tahun, terselamat kerana berada di sekolah.

Christiane K mendakwa dia tidak bersalah dan mengatakan seorang lelaki bertopeng memasuki flat itu dan telah membunuh kesemua anak-anaknya (5 orang).

Menurut pendakwa raya, penyiasat tidak menemui bukti untuk menyokong dakwaan wanita kejam tersebut.

Motif pembunuhan itu juga masih belum jelas tetapi pendakwa raya Heribert Kaune-Gebhardt berkata, sebelum kejadian, wanita itu pernah bertengkar dengan suaminya yang sudah tidak tinggal bersamanya.

Pertengkaran itu mengenai kekasih baharu kepada lelaki itu.

Dalam pada itu juga, Pendakwa Raya menuduh Christiane K melakukan pembunuhan berniat jahat, dan mengatakan bahawa dia mengambil kesempatan atas kelemahan anak-anaknya.

Keluarga itu berada dalam pengawasan perkhidmatan sosial tetapi tidak ada petunjuk bahawa anak-anak itu dalam keadaan bahaya.

Male Modeling Must Show Hidden What You Have

THE Casting Director, a Dutch man in his 50s with a large paunch, looked at me, his eyes darting around my body. " Take off your top and show me your torso, " he said. I was exhausted after 14 hours of castings, and so I did what I was told and removed my undershirt to reveal my rather pallid chest. After a quick glance, the casting director returned to his seat in the adjacent room and muttered to his stylist, " He's beautiful, but he's fat." Sound travels easily in a hard-floored warehouse; I had moved to the changing room, but I heard his words clearly. I felt humiliated.

I had walked the catwalk twice at Paris Fashion Week, worked with a range of talented photographers and stylists, and was part of a world filled with staggeringly beautiful people. But this wasn't the first time I had been called overweight, despite my jutting rib cage and hips. At a fitting for a Japanese menswear show in Paris in the summer of 2014, a group of elderly women from the designer's team gathered behind me to laugh and lightly slap my buttocks as the material stretched to cover my rear. On another shoot, a stylist who had started drinking vodka at 9 a.m. told me I was "handsome" but needed to " stop being lazy and do some fucking crunches." I didn't like any of it-and I certainly didn't like being called " beautiful " but " fat." I decided then, that summer, to quit modeling.

When most people think of exploitation in modeling, they think of young women and girls walking the catwalk with alarmingly protruding hips and angular shoulders, or they remember the lurid tales of celebrity photographers manipulating or coercing young women into sex acts. Muscle-bound male models with perfect cheekbones and fat paychecks? They do not seem like obvious victims. But as I found during my short career as a male model, men and boys are increasingly at risk in the odd, unregulated workplace that is the fashion world. Being a man does not make you safe: Male models are often subject to sexual harassment but rarely report it. And, like their female counterparts, they are under intense pressure to have just the right kind of body. Recent menswear trends have polarized male catwalk modeling, encouraging either extreme muscularity or waifish androgyny. Want to look like that? It will likely make you sick.

WHAT YOU MUST KNOW ?

And there's another factor that makes male models more vulnerable today: Emerging East Asian economies have created a demand for designer clothes and consequently for models. Growing numbers of young models, both men and women, are heading to Asia, far from their families and support networks, and working in poorly regulated conditions that leave them at risk of being overworked and underpaid. It turns out that being really, really, really good-looking - as Ben Stiller's male model character Derek Zoolander describes himself-will not guarantee you wealth, health or security.

Sam Thomas, founder of the U.K.- based charity Men Get Eating Disorders Too, is highly critical of recent shifts in the fashion industry. " There has certainly been a trend in which some male models are getting younger and definitely skinnier," says Thomas. The industry seems " particularly polarized right now," he says, with hypermuscular looks becoming increasingly popular at the same time as demand has surged for waifish male models.

Sara Ziff, founder of the Model Alliance, a New York City nonprofit labor organization advocating for greater protection of models, says male models face a uniquely difficult situation. " I definitely think that men have just as may labor-related concerns as women, if not more, " says Ziff, a longtime model. " The industry urgently needs reform. It's an industry that has escaped any real regulation for decades."

The models and insiders I spoke with for this story were often hesitant to talk for fear of reprisals, and many requested anonymity. Their insights reveal an industry struggling to safeguards some of its youngest employees-many of whom have very little employment protection, are ill-informed of their rights and suffer from a culture of silence that protects the abusers within the industry who are considered too powerful to confront.

Declare June 15 As ANTI - BULLYING DAY OF NHAVEEN'S DEATH

PETALING JAYA, SELANGOR: On the fourth (4) anniversary of the death of T Nhaveen, his mother D Shanti has called for the government to declare June 15 as Anti-Bullying Day, as a tribute to remember victims of those who have died as a result of bullying.

" June 15 as National Anti-Bullying Day will be a small step in building hope and making a firm stand against cowards who choose to hide in the shadows of deceit and lies.

" This date will also ensure that every individual understands and is emphatically aware of this dreaded disease bullying," Nhaveen's mother said in a statement.

Nhaveen, 17, was bullied and tortuned by a group of schoolmates near his home on June 9, 2017. The teens had also allegedly bullied him in school for being effeminate.

Nhaveen was declared brain dead upon his arrival at the hospital and remained comatose for six (6) days before passing away on June 15, 2017.

Meanwhile, activist Arun Dorasamy, who formed the Nhaveen Action and Investigation League or "NAIL" sought to pass an Act to eliminate bullying, known as the Nhaveen-Zulfarhan Ant-Bully Act.

" An official letter has been sent to the de facto law minister requesting robust legislation on bullying and June 15 to be declared as a National Anti-Bullying Day. We hope that this will be a step forward in preventing, reducing, and eventually eliminating bullying in Malaysia," he said in a statement.

Citing a study by Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM), Arun said over 82.9% of school children have experienced bullying at least once during their school years.

" If only we had a holistic Anti-Bully Act in place, bullies would have been deterred from such a crime. It is time for us to create awareness, policies, and act against bullies."

WITHIN 2 WEEKS 15 CONGREGANTS OF JITRA MOSQUE DIE - CORONAVIRUS

ALOR SETAR, KEDAH

15 people who attended prayers at a mosque in Taman Mahsuri, Jitra in Kedah have died within the span of two (2) weeks.

Datuk Dr Mohd Hayati Othman, who is the state Health and Local Government executive committee chairman, said all of them died of COVID-19 infection.

He said the deaths took place two (2) weeks ago after infection spread among mosque-goers in May 2021.

" He confirm that as of today June 14, 2021, a total of 15 people have died. This is the information obtained from the state health department.

" He also confirm the virus has been spreading since the emergence of a cluster in Taman Mahsuri, which was placed under the Enchanced Movement Control Order (EMCO) from May 19 to May 21, 2021."

He was commenting on a viral message which claimed that 14 members of the Taman Mahsuri mosque had died of COVID-19 within a span of two (2) weeks.

The message came with a 32-second video showing the faces of the deceased.

Dr Mohd Hayati said the deaths only proved that COVID-19 is extremely dangerous and cloud claim many lives within a short span of time.

" We hope this virus of CORONA will go away soon. We also hope that the people will continue to register for vaccination so that we can develop herd immunity as soon as possible," he said.

On May 16, 2021, Senior Minister (Security Cluster) Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob said the Health Ministry had reported a spike in new COVID-19 cases as well as a high infectivity rate in nine (9) localities in Bandar Darulaman and Lubuk Kawah, Jitra, Kedah.

The localities concerned were Taman Mahsuri 2A, Taman Mahsuri 2B, Taman Mahsuri 2C, Pusat Perniagaan Bandar Barat, Kampung Paya Kerchut, Taman Tunku Anum, Kampung Lubuk Kawah, Taman Desa Tanjung and Taman Desa Darul Aman Mukim Naga.

The Health Ministry had then conducted 207 Screenings in the localities, with 94 people having tested positive for the virus.

PDRM SABAH DENY HUMAN TRAFFICKING CLAIMS BY PKR YOUTH LEADER

KOTA KINABALU, SABAH: Sabah police have denied there was a human trafficking incident, as claimed in a statement by a political party leader.

Sabah Police Commissioner Datuk Hazani Ghazali confirmed there were no such incidents and told the people to stop spreading fake news.

Earlier, Sabah PKR youth chief Raymond Ahuar had claimed that a mother in Keningau had tried to sell off her three children.

He had claimed that the parent did so as she was facing financial difficulties after losing income due to the implementation of the Movement Control Order.

Keningau police chief Deputy Superintendent Shahrudin Mat Husain had clarified that the case was of a husband and wife who were arrested for drug offences.

The man was arrested on May 22, 2021 and charged in court under Section 12(2) of the Dangerous Drugs Act 1952 and Section 15(a)(1) of the same act, while the woman, who is also a mother of three (3) children, was arrested after she tested positive for methamphetamine on June 11, 2021.

" During the arrest, two (2) children aged 5 and 7 months, with their mother, were handed over to the Social Welfare Department. The eldest child, a 7-year-old, was handed to the department the next day," he said when contacted today.

He said earlier, investigations revealed the woman had applied for financial assistance from the public to pay for her husband's court bail.

" There is no offence related to the sale of children by the mother and there is no issue of human trafficking in the Keningau district."

Malah ianya memberikan kesan positif atas persembahan saya di media sosial kerana ianya menaikkan sedikit sebanyak publisiti saya pada masa kini.

Bahkan, Elizabeth percaya sekiranya benar gambar dikongsinya adalah lucah, sudah lama lah akaun media sosial saya itu disekat sebab peraturan Instagram atau Facebook memang tiada ruang untuk kandungan lucah dan akaun " awam " saya terbuka untuk sesiapa saja yang ingin memuatkan komen masing - masing.

" SUARA HATI ISTRI " - 14 YEAR OLD GIRL PERFORM INTIMATE SCENES WITH CO-STAR, 39

PETALING JAYA, JUNE 04, 2021 - Indonesian drama "Suara Hati Istri" is catching heat on social media for featuring an underage actress in the role of a wife.

The soap opera, which premiered on May 24, 2021, shows Lea Ciarachel Fourneaux playing Zahra, a teenager who is duped into becoming the third wife of a wealthy businessman after he offers to pay for her ailing father's medical treatments.

Fourneaux is 14 years old and was born on October 5, 2006 in Bali.

Social media users were shocked to find intimate scenes of the young actress with her 39-year-old co star Panji Saputra being promoted on television station Indosiar's YouTube channel.

This included a scene of Zahra and her husband spending their first night together as a married couple and another scene of them being physically affectionate with other after finding out that Zahra is pregnant.

The clips were removed from Indosiar's channel after Suara Hati Istri sparked backlash online but they still managed to get over 200,000 views before being deleted.

One of the drama's most prominent critics was Indonesian comedian Ernest Prakasa, who took to Instagram to call out Indosiar for casting a child to play the role of a wife.

He added that it was important for him to lend his voice to matter as many people in the industry are aware of the issue but are not able to speak up for various reasons.

" Many of my peers would like to bring up this problem but they are bound by ethics, work contracts, or bad feelings, so let me be the one to speak out.

" Indosiar, this has crossed the line. It's gone too far. Zahra's actor is still 15 years old.

" Okay, the standard for TV is ratings, but the benchmark for humans is conscience and common sense. Do you think this is reasonable?" as wrote by Ernest in a post on June 01, 2021.
