VIRAL " KEMPEN PRN SABAH PUNCA KENAIKAN MENDADAK KES POSITIF COVID-19 NEGARA " "

KUALA LUMPUR : Tan Sri Muhyiddin bin Yassin turut mengakui bahawa Kempen Pilihan Raya Negeri Sabah adalah punca peningkatan Kes Wabak Pandemik COVID-19 dalam negara waktu ini.

Perdana Menteri turut berkata, hakikat itu memang sukar untuk disangkal berikutan PRN Sabah perlu diadakan seperti yang telah dijadualkan dan mengikut peruntukan yang termaktub dalam Perlembagaan Negara.

Beliau turut memaklumkan bahawa, Suruhanjaya Pilihan Raya (SPR) sudah menetapkan Prosedur Operasi Standard (SOP) bagi memastikan wabak pandemik COVID-19 tidak merebak ketika pilihan raya diadakan namun masih terdapat kelemahan dan juga ada sebilangan yang tidak mematuhinya.

"Misalannya penjarakkan sosial. Ketika saya sendiri turun untuk berkempen di banyak lokasi, saya masih lihat SOP mengenai penjarakkan sosial agak kurang dipatuhi.

"Walaupun hampir keseluruhan memakai pelitup muka, tetapi masih ramai yang duduk berdekatan di antara satu sama lain dalam keadaan yang agak sesak, " katanya ketika Perutusan Khas Situasi Semasa COVID-19 yang disiarkan secara langsung di televisyen dan media sosial, hari ini.

Mengimbas ketika kempen PRN Sabah tempoh hari, Muhyiddin turut berkata, beliau sendiri terpaksa membuat SOP sendiri bagi memastikan dirinya terhindar daripada jangkitan Wabak COVID-19.

"Saya datang dengan kereta dan terus ke pentas tanpa melalui khalayak ramai. Ketika hendak dan sedang berucap, saya sering memperingatkan semua yang hadir untuk mematuhi SOP yang telah ditetapkan dan jangan ingkar.

"Duduk diam dan jangan rapat-rapat, senantiasa menggunakan pelitup muka dan sentiasa dalam keadaan bersih serta sentiasa membasuh tangan atau menggunakan sanitizer untuk menjaga diri sendiri.

"Setelah habis berucap, saya terus masuk ke dalam kereta dan meninggalkan tempat ceramah. Dengan itu, saya tidak bersalam atau menyentuh sesiapa," katanya.

Beliau turut mengingatkan pegawai-pegawainya supaya tidak mengatur kempen di kawasan Zon Merah walaupun menerima undangan.

"Saya terpaksa tolak dengan cara yang terbaik. Ya, kalau diikutkan memang saya ingin berkempen di semua tempat di Negeri Sabah, tetapi saya harus memikirkan tentang keselamatan dan kesihatan diri termasuk keselamatan orang ramai yang hadir ke tempat berkempen, pegawai saya dan tidak dilupai keselamatan dan kesihatan saya sendiri.

"Namun, hakikatnya telah ada mereka yang telah dijangkiti wabak pandemik COVID-19 ini ketika berada di Negeri Sabah. Ini sesuatu yang amat mendukacitakan saya, ".

VIRAL " Bario Focus Of COVID -19 Contact Tracing "

KUCHING - Pa' Dalih, Bario, a relatively remote hamlet in the highlands of Northern Sarawak is now the focus of the Health Department to carry out contact tracing after an oil and gas worker who tested positive for COVID-19 visited the area.

The Sarawak State Disaster Management Committee (JPBN) in a statement today informed that the 49-year-old man, who works in Iraq was reported to have visited his family in Bario in the last 14 days, before testing positive for COVID-19 on September 30.

" To date, a total of eight contacts have been detected around Miri (the city closest to Bario highlands) and contact tracing in Pa' Dalih is underway.  The Fire and Rescue Department is also helping to fly health personnel by helicopter to conduct contact screening. The estimated number of close contacts in Pa' Dalih is 17 people, " according to the statement.

Further investigation and contact tracing was done by the Miri Divisional Health Office as soon as they received the notification related to the case from the Sepang District Health Office, Selangor on Sept 02, the statement read.

JPBN Sarawak today detected three new COVID-19 cases bringing the total to 716 cases in Sarawak, since March.

Viral " Positif COVID-19 Kes Negara Meningkat Mendadak "

PUTRAJAYA - Kementerian Kesihatan Malaysia (KKM) kini lebih bersedia untuk berdepan dengan kenaikan mendadak kes positif wabak koronavirus (Covid-19) berbanding ketika tempoh awal penularan pandemik itu. Ia dibuktikan dengan peningkatan mendadak kes positif wabak COVID-19 yang ditunjukkan dalam tempoh seminggu ini.

Ketua Pengarah Kesihatan, Tan Sri Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah berkata, keyakinan itu bersandarkan kepada pengalaman dan peralatan yang ada.

"Apa yang penting kemampuan Kementerian Kesihatan Malaysia (KKM), kalau lihat kesiapsiagaan anggota kita, kita lebih bersedia dibandingkan semasa bulan tiga dan bulan empat lalu."

Ia dari segi peralatan dan pengalaman kita merawat pesakit Covid-19 dan juga dari segi penggunaan peralatan perlindungan diri (PPE) dan sebagainya dan kita sudah siap sedia sekarang.

"Jadi sekarang ini kita lihat peningkatan kes (ketika ini) tertumpu di Kedah dan Sabah." Selain itu, peningkatan yang mendadak juga bukti kukuh hampir semua negeri sekarang sudah ada positif kes.

Beliau berkata demikian ketika diminta mengulas mengenai kemampuan KKM untuk berdepan dengan kenaikan kes positif wabak Covid-19 meliputi kapasiti katil dan lain-lain peralatan.

Selain itu, Dr Noor Hisham turut memaklumkan bahawa KKM juga turut menghantar bantuan pasukan terdiri daripada pakar perubatan dan pegawai perubatan di lapangan untuk tindakan kesihatan awam.

An estimated 73.1 million people tuned into the chaotic face-off on Tuesday night across about 16 of networks, below the record 84 million viewers who watched Trump debate former first lady Hillary Clinton, his rival in the 2016 election. From that 2016 record, 13 % was presented decline.

The Nielsen numbers include people watching at home and at such venues as bars and also restaurants. It also included some digital viewership through televisions connected to the Internet. The figures do not capture the full extent of online viewing, which has grown in popularity as traditional TV audiences decline. The debate was streamed live on Twitter, YouTube, other digital platforms and network websites.

Fox News Channel was attracted the biggest audience of any single network with 17.8 million viewers. The event, the first of three presidential debates before the 3 November election, was moderated by Fox News host Chris Wallace.

CBS's Norah O'Donnell has been reporting that the Commission on Presidential Debates plans to cut off a candidate's microphone if they violate the rules, per an informed source, among other measures.

'Both candidates resist taking the bait of naming any specific policy'.

'Trump demonstrating ideological open-mindedness by refusing to condemn white supremacy'.

'Both candidates making convincing arguments for presidential age limits'.

Instant Analysis : Who Won The Debate ?

YouGOv figures on who won the debate: 48% vote for Biden, 41% vote for Trump, 10% for the tie. 

69% were annoyed by the debate. Only 17% of viewers felt informed by the debate. That's amazing it's as high as that.

83% of views felt the debate was negative, 17% positive (what would it have taken for those 17% to decide it was negative? Constant physical violence?)

We didn't learn much from that, other than that Trump cannot keep his mouth shut. Wallace was unable to keep control of the President who kept interrupting his opponent. The US right now is facing a bad pandemic, a cratering economy and racial unrest. Time for decorum and solutions you might think, but all Trump brought was combative aggressiveness.

Biden was mostly prepared for a normal debate but struggled, understandably, to get out coherent arguments in the face of the president's behaviour. The Democratic nominee did lose his cool a couple of times, calling Trump a clown and the worst president ever. He will also be annoyed he fell into the trap of debating about his son. But in general he stuck to his message and will be fairly content with his performance.

Trump saying the Dems are cheating. One of the basics of a democracy is faith in the election. Trump does not care one jot about that.

Trump says he wants his supporters to go into polls to watch. He says it's safe. For some it's intimidation.

Trump also claiming there was no transition and that the Democrats didn't look to hand over power to him. This is low conspiracy theory stuff from the President.

Biden again looking straight at the camera, addressing the American people. "Vote, vote". Biden says he'l accept the result win or lose and that whatever Trump says it doesn't matter, if the people vote him out, he'll have to go.

Biden says people should get out and vote and that mail-in ballots are safe. Makes the point that Trump votes by mail.

Biden asked where the line is between economy and environment. Biden says Trump hasn't crated a line he's just not in favour of the economy.

 We turn to Biden's view of climate change. He says thousands and thousands of jobs can be created in a green economy and get to zero carbon by 2035.

Trump on the science of climate change. He says he wants crystal clean water, and that carbon is really low. He says the forest fires are forest management.

Trump refusing to give his opinion on climate science. Does go so far as to say that he thinks human activities may contribute to it.

Trump claiming California fires are due to forest management. He has been called out by forest managers before on his claims about this.

Trump attacking Hunter Biden. Biden didn't want this. The debate breaks down. Marshall takes us onto climate change.

Biden calls Trump "Putin's Puppy". Trump interrupts and Wallace shuts him down. "Your campaign team agreed to the rules", demands Trump stick to them. Trump continues to talk...

Biden says Kellyanne conway said this:" The more chaos and anarchy and vandalism and violence reigns, the better it is for the very clear choice on who's best on public safety and law and order." Trump says she didn't. She did.

Trump is deliberately pretending he doesn't know the rules, demanding to answer statements from Biden when it's not Trump's turn.

VIRAL " 260 Kes Positif Wabak COVID - 19 Direkodkan Negara Kedua Tertinggi Sejak Bermula "

PUTRAJAYA : 01 Oktober 2020 (Khamis), 260 kes terbaharu COVID-19 pandemik yang berbahaya ini dicatatkan pada hari ini dan ianya menunjukkan bahawa rekod tersebut adalah ke-2 tertinggi jumlahnya sejak Mac 2020 COVID-19 melanda. Kes tertinggi negara bagi COVID-19 yang direkodkan pada 04 Jun 2020 iaitu 277 kes.

Lebih membimbangkan Kementerian Kesihatan Malaysia (KKM) aalah hanya terdapat satu (1) rekod kes yang melibatkan import tercatat daripada jumlah tersebut. Manakala selainnya yang berjumlah 259 kes adalah merupakan wabak penularan dalam negara sendiri yang melibatkan sebanyak 130 warganegara dan 129 bukan warganegara.

"Daripada 259 Kes tersebut, 31 kes adalam mempunyai sejarah perjalanan ke Negeri Di Bawah Bayu (Sabah) yang telah menjadikan kes keseluruhan yang mempunyai sejarah perjalanan ke Sabah berjumlah 119 kes sejak 20 September 2020 yang lalu," seperti yang dimaklumkan oleh Pengarah KKM pada sidang media perkembangan COVID-19 di sini hari ini.

Beliau turut memaklumkan, jumlah kes positif pada hari ini telah menjadikan keseluruhan jumlah kes di Malaysia 11,484 kes manakala jumlah kes yang masih aktif dengan kebolehjangkitan COVID-19 berjumlah 1,334 kes.

Sementara itu juga, terdapat 47 kes yang telah pulih daripada wabak COVID-19 hari ini, dan ianya menjadikan jumlah kumulatif pesakit yang telah pulih kini adalah melebihi lima (5) angka iaitu sebanyak 10,014 kes ataupun 87.2 peratus daripada jumlah keseluruhan kes.

Dalam pada itu juga, terdapat 20 kes positif COVID-19 yang telah ditempatkan di Unit Rawatan Rapi (ICU) dengan tiga (3) kes yang memerlukan bantuan pernafasan manakala jumlah kumulatif kes kematian di Malaysia kekal 136.

Memperincikan lagi pecahan kes hari ini, Pengarah KKM iaitu Dr Noor Hisham turut berkata, Negeri Sabah masih kekal mencatatkan kes tertinggi dengan 118 kes diikuti Negeri Kedah (98 kes), Negeri Selangor dan Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur masing - masing dengan 13 kes, Johor dan Wilayah Persekutuan Putrajaya masing - masing dengan lima (5) kes, Negeri Terengganu dan Negeri Perlis masing - masing dengan dua (2) kes manakala Negeri Melaka, Pahang dan juga Negeri Pulau Pinang dengan masing - masing satu (1) kes.

Bagi kes import pula, ia melibatkan individu bukan warganegara yang baru pulang dari United Kingdom dan menetap di Kuala Lumpur.

Perkembangan kes pada hari ini ternyata membuahkan kerisauan kerana ketika negara mencatat kes tertinggi pada 04 Jun 2020, sebanyak 270 kes adalah dalam kalangan bukan warganegara dari Depot Tahanan Imigresen Bukit Jalil manakala yang melibatkan penularan tempatan hanyalah empat (4) kes sahaja.

"Bialangan kes ketiga (3) tertinggi pula dicatatkan pada 26 Mac 2020 semasa Perintah Kawalan Pergerakan Fasa 1 iaitu sebanyak 235 kes yang terdiri daripada 27 kes import dan 208 kes penularan di dalam negara yang melibatkan 157 kes warganegara Malaysia dan terdapat 51 kes melibatkan bukan warganegara, " katanya.

Justeru itu, dengan pelaksanaan Kawalan Rentas Daerah di seluruh Negeri Sabah yang akan dikuatkuasakan mulai 03 hingga 16 Oktober 2020 ini termasuk Perintah Kawalan Pergerakan Diperketatkan Bersasar (PKPDB) di empat (4) daerah, ia akan membantu mengawal situasi penularan di Negeri Di Bawah Bayu itu.

"Pada masa yang sama, KKM dan juga agensi berkaitan akan berusaha sedaya - upaya bagi mengawal penularan COVID-19 di seluruh Negara. Kerjasama semua pihak adalah diharap-harapkan."
