STABBING CASE OF FEMALE FORM 4 STUDENT ARRESTED - PETALING JAYA, SELANGOR MALAYSIA

PETALING JAYA, 14 OCTOBER, 2025 - A 14-year-old male student was arrested by police after being suspected of stabbing a Form 4 female student at a secondary school in Bandar Utama Petaling Jaya today.

Inspector-General of Police, Datuk Seri Mohd Khalid Ismail, said the incident occurred at about 9.30am when the two students were believed to be outside the classroom.

"The suspect has been arrested, the case is still under investigation, the motive for the incident has not yet been identified."

"The Selangor Police Chief is expected to issue an official statement regarding this case," he said at a press conference after the launch of the Anti-Bullying Campaign, today.

Earlier, the media reported that a 16-year-old female student was believed to have been stabbed to death by a male Form 2 student at a school in Bandar Utama here today.
